NHL's 07-08 predictions for the NHL's Eastern & Western Conference Championships?

The East will come down to the Senators and Flyers. Both teams have something to prove this year. The Sens were embarassed in a 4-1 Stanley Cup Finals series loss, and they are out for blood. The Flyers, one of the most storied franchises in the NHL are back to show that they belong among the NHL elite, and have flown out of the gates behind balanced scoring from all over the place and great goalie play. The West will most likely come down to Detroit, who are constantly on the hot seat to get past the weaker teams in the Western Playoffs, and Anaheim, who are out to defend their title. I think it will be Red Wings/Flyers in the Stanley Cup Finals.

best guess would be the sens and the wild but the lightning are a dark horse team to watch for in the east.

i wish i could say leafs in eastern but unless a miracle happens, thats also not happening. looks like Ottawa but Flyers are sneaking up so its going to be close. i would say Wild from Western

it's also very early in the season so, this doesn't really confirm anything

East I would say Ottawa Sens. West I would say Minnesota Wild.
