Baby trying to get out the hard way?

Does anyone else feel like their baby is trying to escape from their tummy the hard way? Kind of like what happened to John Hurt in the movie Alien? LOL. I'm 2 1/2 weeks away from my due date, and I constantly feel like the baby is pushing as hard as she possibly can against my stomach. I can't sit and relax as I'd like to as I have a dog that enjoys walks and i still have a house to keep up, meals to make and laundry ( I HATE THAT WORD) to do.

Does anyone else feel the same?

Update:

Boxing! That's too cute!!! My 12yo likes to wait for the feet to be poking out and play "This Little Piggy". LOL

If my first two had been this interested in moving, I'd have thought twice about getting pregnant again. LOL

*giggle* all the time! Most often when I'm least expecting it! Its like they wait till your into something else then 'Whop!' "ouch!"... When they are awake they feel like they are practicing yoga in there sometimes!

My hubby is into boxing and him and the baby have little boxing matches. He comes home and give my belly a little jab (not hard) and the baby punches back! Its like they are trying to use me as a punching bag from both sides! It is RELY cute to see though...

    Good luck and Congratulations!

Edit: Thats rely nice that the older kids are already bonding with the baby. Thats wonderful!

Well, I am on my first pregnancy and so at 24weeks I feel like my little one is wanting to make his escape already. I have been having braxton hicks a good bit the past few days and all, but I am carrying him so low that when he kicks and really gets to moving around it hurts way down there. He isn't up high like most babies are now and lays on sciatic nerve. I kinda know what you are feeling, just that yours is probably way worse than mine because your baby is bigger right now. Best wishes to you.

    Hi,

I am due this Saturday and i have had this feeling for about 4-5 weeks now and i know how uncomfortable it is. I kept telling my husband i thought i was going to give birth to Chucky coz it was hurting me so much. You could actually see limbs pushing back and forth across my stomach and he couldn't believe it. I don't know wether to tell you but it gets worse, i'm just counting down the days.

Hope you feel a bit better soon, good luck
