girl gives number guy calls,girl doesnt call back?

Question

i went out to eat saturday night and my waitress and i talked for awhile, by the end of the night before i left she said let me give you something. and she gave me her number, without me having asked for it, and said maybe we can go out for lunch sometime. ok well i texted her later on, just saying its me, and this is my number so you will have it. no respond. well i called around 7ish on sunday left a message, just saying just wanted to see if you wanted to get together this week and do something, give me a call back. well its monday morning obviously and i was just wondering what the deal is. i know she works alot, but to not have time to return a call or text. i mean why would she give me her number and not return the phone calls? any tips on what i should do?

i didnt call her 2 times. i text her jsut give her my number so she would have it and thats all i said the first time.

Anywhere between the day he receives it to 3 or 4 days later. Anymore time then that, take it as a sign he's probably not interested. OR under very rare cases, just too shy. What ever you do, next time you see him DON'T ask "hey, why didn't you ever call me??" It makes you look a little clingy. I know I'm not a guy, but I have a lot of guy friends and two older brothers. Slow down.  You called twice the day after you got her number.  You don't want to scare her off thinking she's given her number out to a stalker.  Yes it was possible that she was busy all day and could not return your call.  If you don't hear from her by the end of the day today, call her one more time tomorrow and then leave it.  If she doesn't return your call in a couple of days, she changed her mind and isn't interested.

Don't keep calling and texting or you look creepy. She might have changed her mind. I have given my number out before, then rethought it and changed my mind about the guy... usually has nothing to do with the guy. Just let it go. She got your message and your text, she'll call you if she wants to.

Maybe she accidentally gave you the wrong number?  It&#x27;s a possibility.  Or is seeing more than one guy at a time.  If she&#x27;s dating other people too her calendar might be as open.

my guess is you ruined it with that first txt, and then you just seemed clingy with the phone call, you should have deff. waited a few days. Just wait at least a week, and if she doesn't call you can txt her and ask her what the deal is. My guess is she's just bad about calling back.
