Why is it some people can be hypnotised and others cant be?

Most people can be hypnotised. It is not essential to go into a deep trance - even a light trance can work.

The subject has to want to be hypnotised - and the hypnotist has to be proficient. It is not a good idea to try hypnosis if you are depressed or psychotic, or if you suffer from epilepsy. Otherwise, it can be a good experience and should not be harmful.

Clinical hypnosis is very different to stage hypnosis and can make a difference to many conditions. It is a relaxing experience.

some people are obviously easier to manipuate than others, in all parts of life, it is the same for hypnosis, the will to stay conscious and keep fighting the feeling is alot stronger in some peoples compared to others....

Some people aren't as susceptible to hypnotism as others.

You have to believe that you can be hypnotized. It only works if you believe it is possible.

There's no such thing, that's why it doesn't work.
