No, I am not. Life is meant to be cherished.

Thank you for reminding me, though.

  • I'm so focused on maintaining a thought I forgot where I was going and fell over a cliff.

While drowning I was thinking of the time when I got a chocolate Darth Vader cake for my birthday and how cool I thought that was.

I was so deep in thought that a whale came and swallowed me whole. While I was in there the smell reminded me of the time when I got so sick I almost died. Hospitals while sanitary have that certain odor.

Anyhow I was vomited up on a shore of a deserted island and was thinking about the time when I got divorced and how lonely I felt. I took a nap and while I was dreaming I realized that I had made to where I wanted to go anyways.

The place of my dreams, that is, literally, my dreams.

    *clarity*

I think some people get so wrapped up tight in the journey they forget where they were going in the first place.

    I love my journey. I've had a roller coaster of a journey...LOL.

    WEEEEeeeeee!

I'm only 29 gotta long way to go till I get to the destination unless you know I die before the life expectancy(70something) but I enjoy Life -no doubt about it.

There is no destination, just the journey. You never know where it will take you, so be ready for anything and enjoy it as much as you can.

Nope the journey is every bit as important (if not more so) than the destination.

No, but hey I appreciate your concern. The journey is the point--and the journey's pretty fun despite the occasional bump.

    I believe, partially.

But the main point is the journey :) Even non-believers seem to forget that.

    great question!

I think Aerosmith said it best

    "Life's a journey, not a destination"

    loving life!

Other way around, all that is promised at the end of my journey is the end.

I personally think you have to have some sort of balance. We're not sure what will happen after we die, or if the outcome is dependent on how "well" we live according to a set of rules. So, I don't want to disbelieve altogether, because I might be wrong. Likewise, I don't want to give up every pleasure this earth has to offer, because I might be wrong.

Source(s): Agnostic/Deist. While I feel good about what I believe, I'm open to the possibility that I'm wrong.
