what are the main keys to sticking to a diet?

    Basically, don't go on a 'diet' but make a lifestyle change. Switch to a healthy eating style that you can maintain forever (and an occasional "no no" as a treat is fine). Couple that with regular exercise and instead of just losing weight and putting it back on, you'll reach your goal and then can adjust your calorie intake and exercise to a level that will allow you to maintain without regaining.

    dont go for a diet you cant stick to e.g something that doesnt include your fav food or only lets you have 200 cals a day that is just code for your going to give up and end up fatter!!

    if you mean what can keep you going so you stick to it.

    loo at ur self nude in the mirror and if you dont like what you see your more motivated to keep going cos you wana be a better you its what i do every morning where all i want is coco pops lol and instad i go get my vegi stock powder and hot water only 16 cals and im good to go :D if you'd like a hand email me xoxo
