My ribs and chest feel like they are being squashed!?
I'm 30 weeks pregnany and lately I feel like I have someone sitting on my chest. I can't yawn, hiccup, sneeze or anything without it feeling like my lungs are going to pop through my ribs! Also, when I am laying down it feels like my ribs ae being sqaushed (for lack of a better term). Did anyone else feel this? and what did you do to help it?

its is totally normal.....the baby is getting bigger, and it is running out of room lol....so it is pushing on your rib cage, batter everything, and it does hurt, my son ust to kick my sides and it felt like every time i would move my sides were splitting open...welcome to pregnancy lol...almost done....hahaha but again if you are still worried...you can always consult your doctor just incase...get an ultrasound done...and believe me you think your in pain now oh just wait lol......but like i always say the pain is worth it...when your baby holds your finger for the first time and smiles at you....good luck

Without being pregnant I would have told you to call 911. (heart problems, Blood Clot in the Lung/Lungs). Even though you are pregnant, them symptoms seem over exaggerated and I would definitely go to the hospital and or call your Doctor right away. No matter what your symptoms, never, ever, take anything like this for granted. You and your baby must be healthy at all times and even though some people might tell you these symptoms are normal or not, always heed to caution!
