Can an employer pay you late, every week, since the first of the year, without penalty?

Also I found out yesterday he hasn't paid any unemployment tax, social security tax, federal tax, heck he isn't paying anything! any suggestions, because if I quite or he fires me, I can't collect unemployment because he hasn't paid a dime into it!

    You must be getting paid under the table? In that case you're somewhat complicit in this... One thing's fer sure, you're being robbed, coming and going. Report him to the IRS and the Social Security Administration....And start looking for another job, chop-chop.....

    Call the Better Buisness Bureau in your Area they will be able to help you out and give you some direction as to what your best course of action is

    BBB or report him to the Feds.

    And yea you can collect unemployment.

    He can be doing hard time for tax evasion.
