How to tell who gave you thumbs down in yahoo answers?

Sometimes I get thumbs down for a perfectly fine answer!

Can I find out who gave me the thumbs down?

No you can't tell for certain, but sometimes you will see everyone else has one and if there is someone with out a thumbs down the chances are its him/her.

There really isn't any way of knowing who gave a thumbs down. I would think it would because, if we did know, there's the chance that the person would retaliate. Just a guess/opinion. It gives the person an anonymous response. If you gave a thumbs down to an answer, would you want the person to know that it was you?? It's a protective measure.

I don't know of any way of tracing these people & I've been here 10 months & spent time in Forum. Most of these fools are trolls who spend a lot of time cruising & giving lots of thumbs down. I've had 6 on a reasonable answer.

    That's a really good question.

There's really no way to know for 100% sure.

Chances are that it would be somebody that posted after you did, disagreed with you, and they themselves have no thumbs down.

That happens to me too. I get confused why some people actually do it. Either they hate you or your answer
