Asking again!! Movie reccomendations?
I realize no one looks at questions that aren't on the first page, so I'm going to ask again if anyone hsa any movie reccomendations for me.
I'm looking for a suspense thriller.. something not too gory or disgusting, without the "F" word every other minute.
To give you an idea, the one I WANTED to see (but no video stores around here have it) is about a couple who has trouble conceiving, but she's finally pregnant, but they're told by the lab that they aren't. That's because soomeone working at the lab wants to kidnap her so him and his psycho girlfiriend can hold her captive till she has the baby and keep it. So the poor pregnant woman is living a nightmare...
Maybe a good murder mystery or psychological thriller??
Not too gross or nasty, interesting, not-impossible-to-figure out??
any reccmendations??

I would classify Disturbia as a suspense thriller. The first 1/3 of it is a romance/comedy, then as the movie grows on it gets more suspenseful. The last half hour had me jumping out of my seat, I loved it! Also, the Secret Window wasn't too bad and was a psychological thriller.
Hope This Helps!!!
Good Luck!!!!

LA Confidential, The Prestige, Spy Game, The Talented Mr. Ripley, and Arlington Road are all really great thrillers.

If you like older movies try the Alfred Hitchcocks movies. They are very well done, suspensful and without the gory stuff.
My personal fav is: Rear window

I was told that Mr. Brooks is really good. I haven't seen it yet though. The reaping was good... about Biblical plagues. oOooh The Condemned was good too. Good luck finding a movie.

A good one, though I don't knwo if you'd call it a thriller is "Life of David Gale". One of my favorites. SUCH a twisted ending!

Check out Hard Candy it sound like something you might like to see, not gory, seriously psycological, and not F bombs.
