Can I set Yahoo Answers up to alert me if a question has been asked on a specialist topic I am interested in?

e.g. I want to alerted to any new questions asked about "toothpaste" is there any way I can do that. I guess I am looking for something like google alerts in yahoo answers.

I will award 10 points to the best answer :)

Update:

b.t.w. I am not really interested in toothpast - just using that noun as an example.

You cant unfortunately have an alert set for a specific question, but you can set your email to alert you when you have a new mail. Then you can check that to see if it is from yahoo answers. Besides that i dont think there is much you can do.

No you can't do that, but if you were to type in Toothpaste at the top of the page where it says Search for Questions,it will bring up all toothpaste questions!

you need to use the progressed seek to establish a typical seek for brand spanking new questions. then you definitely can shop that seek as a RSS feed and whilst that updates, it somewhat is going to teach each and every of the recent questions.
