I think people use the "Jesus hates you" card because they don't understand the lifestyle. So it's easy for them to use God and/or Jesus to try to make you behave in a certain way. I like to think that God is not a vengeful God and that He loves everyone who comes to Him. You never hear anyone say that "Jesus hates murderers" or "God hates Atheists" they way they say that "Jesus hates Gays". Personally, I think a lot of Christians are hypocrites. There are some good ones, but a lot are using God and the Bible to support their own beliefs. Don't let anyone sway you from your beliefs!

Jesus/God ALWAYS loves you, no matter what!!!

He is the epitome of "unconditional love!"

Anyone, especially those who claim to be "Christian", who use the Old Testament as a weapon against you, are liars!

Jesus warned us of those who would try to lead you astray and died so we would know his completely and unconditional love for ALL of us!

Jesus left us with one, and ONLY one mandate: "Love Thy Neighbor As Thyself!"

That was is, the only thing he wanted us all to learn, know and teach others.

He loved us SO much that he gave his own life so that we could live on in his love.

Nowhere in the Bible's original texts is the word "homosexual" ever written! NO WHERE.

Leviticus has been used as a weapon against GLBT's, but it's OLD TESTAMENT...not a Christian teaching.

Paul was a known Homophobes and Misogynist. He hated Anyone and Anything different from him or that he didn't understand. His letter to the Romans is simply a rehash of the old story of Sodom and Gomorrah, but we do NOT know what the words of the original text actually meant. They have been translated and re-translated several hundred times. The word "homosexual" wasn't even coined until the late 1800's.

The ONLY word that MIGHT have been similar was ALWAYS used to describe Temple Prostitutes and Pedophiles...NOT GAYS!

Please know that not all Christians hate you because you are gay. I am Christian and I don't hate people. I actually try to live my life the way Christ did and that is by not judging others. If you look at the way Christ lived his life he ate with the tax collectors, he had prostitutes in his inner circle, he sat with leppers and accepted the gentiles. He never shut anyone out and tried to help as many people as he could. So based on that I believe that Jesus loves you and if more people would live the way he did then we wouldn't have to be having this question asked.

Don't let what anyone tells you get between you and your religion. What you believe should come from within, not what hateful people try to tell you.

I believe, that if Jesus does exist in the Christian sense, he would love everybody. I think you should take a look at who you are and what you choose to believe, and decide from there whether you would be happier as a Christian, atheist, or even something else.

    Good luck.

You can never do anything that would make God and Jesus love you more or less.

    Of course Jesus loves you.

I think it's actually kind of sad that people in our society are actually hating people that are actually admitting who they are. Because I could guess how it feels, since I know as a fact that it takes a lot of courage to say, "I'm gay."

Of course, that's only my opinion about this, since I'm only 12.

    I would say so

What You are living is a Karmic lifestyle

These are the conditions necessary for You to learn whatever it is You need to learn this time around

    Try and love Yourself

    Your thoughts become Your reality

Ignore the criticism This is usually done by deeply ignorant people But even these are learning Give them time

In the meantime enjoy Your life

Jesus loves all people regardless of their sexual orientation. As for homosexuality being sin: so is heterosexual sex outside of marriage, pornography, lust, rage, gossiping, divisiveness, jealousy, fighting, lying, murder, etc. In the eyes of God, according to the book of Romans and many other scripture references, there is only one punishment for sin and that is death...in spiritual terms separation from God. God's gift through Jesus Christ is life... fellowship with God. I totally understand all of the views surronding the nature of homsexuallity having a sister who is a lesbian and I am a fundamental Christian... Homosexuals by nature burn with desire so do heterosexuals for sexual gratification. Obviously both are corrupted by darkness and a lot of times impure desire. Obviously one would argue that since God instituted sex to be between a man and a woman that homosexuality is always a sin regardless of relationship status. Is the homosexual then doomed to a life void of the love of Christ...NO!

Then the same would be true for the heterosexual who by very nature commits adultery when looking upon a woman who is not his wife with lust in his heart. It is a matter for the Holy Spirit of God to work out with the person and God. We in Christendom are often quick to point out the speck in our brother's eye and neglect the beam in our own. The Kingdom of God is about forgiveness, mercy, and grace. You know even us heterosexuals would have to admit that just because we want to not be lustful or have a wandering eye we still do from time to time and some of us more often then not. We need to live everyday in fellowship with God and allow the Holy Spirit to work out His will in our lives regardless of what one person might say to us as is wrong with us. Blessings my friend and may Christ's warm embrace of love surround you!

Jesus loves you enough to have died for you alone on the cross. His love is not changed by anything you do. Don't let people who misuse His teachings get their sick jollies by making you doubt Him. There have always been people who falsely claim to be Christians but Jesus Himself told us how to tell who was true and who was false. He told us that people would know that we belonged to Him because His love would show through us and that we would love one another as He loves us. When you hear someone hate, know that they are not speaking for Him. Talk to Him about what He wants of you and ignore the liars and haters..

    God's blessing be upon you.

jesus does love you no matter what, he hates the sin.

as a christian we are told to not hate the sinner but hate the sin

god is very clear about homosexuality read romans 1:24-32 and Leviticus 18:22 it does say that it is not okay. Contrary to popular belief, God does'nt "make" anyone gay. Homosexuality is a human choice.
