Yeah I really get sick of the fear, hate and character assassinations that have come to characterize political campaigns as of late. The money would be much better spent on...nearly anything.

What is the attraction to wind turbines? They're one of the least efficient energy sources invented. You would need a wind power farm about the size of Texas to power a single city the size of New York!

Wouldn't do much good, considering wind power is probably the most inefficient energy source. And can't be used once winds exceed something like 45 mph. How about just switching to nuclear power. The cleanest and most efficient energy source available.

I think the NIMBYs would have a fit that they had to look at their neighbor's wind turbine...

But I digress. Yes, the money spend on ugliness could do so much more.

I prefer funny political commentary over noisy wind turbines.

Wouldn't that wipe out the world's bird population?

Id rather the gov. buy everyone a corvette.
