Will Iran sell nukes to AlQuida?

The US MUST attack Iran because they will sell or use nukes on US interests...This is a good time to do so because the oil price is way too high and wiping out Iran will drop the price of oil and take away the threat of nuclear weapons.....President Bush also has the balls to do it and he is running out of time

Do you think we should wipe out Iran now?

They'll GIVE nukes away ,if they get them.

The next car bomb in Isreal could be a nuke.

No & No also. Iran has a Supreme Leader above this President. He has stated he wants the nuclear plants to continue. He also gave audience to Putin of Russia. Now he gave stern warnings to all that he does not wish to engage in WW3. If Pres AMDJ persists he will simply be removed... all in Asia Times this week. Then China Daily.com.cn (Google all this stuff pls- this one Y!A won't let you backspace in) They report Putin as saying his "friendship " with President Bush has helped ease the tensions toward a global disaster.

As stated Russia supplies the Nuc's. They currently have been building an underground facility in Iran. It is on hold due to money & political issues. (Persian Journal)- This paper also says the top Nuclear Scientist stepped down. SO things may change soon as US News picks up the bits and pieces. Usually takes a week.

Don't be fooled, not all the papers abroad are accurate.. just I found they are close :) very close if you weed thru them.

SO no nuc's to be sold. Hopefully no war. There are millions of good hard working Iranians that do not want this. Nor do they support the President. My hope is he's gone soon. The Grand Leader seems one of peace. The facilities can actually provide huge energy resources they badly need as they grow. Not in the hands of the Revolutionary Guard etc. Al Quaeda will find them elsewhere. But they move alot and the plants stay put. Thanks.

note: Israel may get involved... if so the US is in there. I pray we do not strike Iran. NO good can come of it in my opinion.

What proof do you have that Iran will sell or use nukes? Iran's authorities have no death wish and the sure fire way to unite all powers against them would be to do what you suggest they will. This is nothing but baseless scaremongering.

Besides that - how exactly would wiping out Iran drop the price of oil? It has only gone in one direction since we invaded Iraq.

I love the way all these ignorant right wingers who not so long ago could not find any country other than the US on a map are all suddenly experts in middle eastern politics.

If I remember right 5 years ago it was North Korea who were certainly going to start WW3

You need to examine your assumptions before you leap to conclusions.

Iran doesn't even have nukes yet. They are about 5 to 7 years away according to CIA estimates.

Attacking Iran will increase the price of oil. Prices have gone up in part because of the USA's threat to Iran.

You also assume the US can "wipe out Iran now". Think about how well the US has done in conquering Iraq, a much smaller and weaker nation than Iran.

Iran will be helping Al Queda just after Prince Charles is made Pope and Jerry Falwell needs ice skates.

There are three main groups in the Mid East- Shiites that think that Sunnis are an abomination, Sunnis that think Shiites are an abomination, and Secularists who think religion should have no place in Government and thus are considered an abomination by both groups, all tied up in a three way major hate fest and a hundred minor hate fests.

Al Queda is Sunni and Arab, Saddam was Secular and Arab, and Iran is both Persian (and thus hate Arabs) and Shiite. They all hate each other and only a really scary outsider who attacks them indiscriminately could get them to work together at all.

The only way to get Iran to help Al Queda (of any flavor) would be to launch a war against them. This is all quite aside from the fact that we do not have enough troops for much smaller and much more divided Iraq. To say nothing that Iranians sit close enough to the Strait of Hormuz

To stop 80% of the worlds oil from going anywhere, if they shut it down you could not trade your SUV for a gallon of gas.

All this is quite aside from the fact that the Iranians aren't anywhere near having a nuke. Folk talk about being Five to ten years away, but anyone starting from scratch is 5-10 years away from having a bomb. Fiji is ten years away and they haven't considered it at all.

I think we should have nuked Iran off the planet a couple of years ago, they are way overdue. I do not believe that Iran would deal with Al Qaeda however. I have a few reasons for this, Al Qaeda has been an enemy of the Shia and probably still are. The leadership of Iran consider themselves Persian and not Arabic and so superior to Arabs. And Iran has it's own terrorist organization, Hizbollah, why should they have anything to do with Arabs?

Iran is probably the greater threat too. It would be best to get in there and bomb Iran to pieces before they get too strong a tie with russia or china. Russia and China combined are no match for the US military but that could change.

Iran wants a nuke so badly. But the u.s are saying no, no, no. If they got their hands on one, theyd wipe out Israel. That's why we dont want their hands on 1! Weve got close ties with Israel, and we gave the israelis a nuke, not iran.

First they must get the nukes from Russia, which I do see happening. Secondly, if Israel suspects Iran is acquiring WMD's, they will wipe Iran from the face of the earth. The major problem right now is Turkey massing troops on the northern border. If Turkey pushes into Iraq, US troops will be thinned out, allowing Syria and Iran to invade.

No, they are bitter enemies. We MUST attack them to secure our vital resources and our President Bush's LEGACY! We must rain terror down on the Iranian people and make them cower before us. They have no right to self determination.

Ahmadinijad would NEVER do such a thing. HE wants peaceful nuclear energy and to wipe those pesky jews off the face of the earth with his peaceful power plants.

Iran will give any nukes it has to terrorist organizations unconnected to Iran to make themselves look innocent. It's hard to trace the origin of a nuke once it has vaporized everything within a 1 mile radius. Letting Iran get nukes when Ahmadinejad has said that he wants to set the stage for the return of the 12th imam is irresponsible and will get millions of people killed. But then, liberals have seldom cared about genocides in other countries except as an afterthought. They're certainly not into prevention. I wonder if they care about it happening here.
