Anyone using old antennas to pick up HD?
I had good luck with this a few years ago at a different house. I moved into a new one without an antenna... I was wondering if you could still use those really old big antennas to pick up HD... Has anyone else had any luck with this?

As far as antennas are concerned, analog and digital TV signals are the same thing. The idea that there is a different kind of "HD" antenna is just marketing hype.
The big old designs work just as well as they always did. When used outside, TV antennas and wires don't last forever, corrosion & weather damage take their toll.
I read your last HD antenna question. It's not possible to know the answer to it without knowing the frequency bands and locations of the transmitting antennas. Which you could find out at http://www.antennaweb.org/

Antennas can be grouped as:
Low VHF - analog/RF 2-6
High VHF - analog/RF 7-13
UHF - analog/RF 14-69
