I prefer to follow the betting with the bookies. These boys are putting their money on the line and they really don't like losing it. At the moment it is about $1.30 Alp which is pretty heavy odds on, compared to the Coalition at over $3, which is fairly big odds in a two horse race. Kevin 07 is looking really hot at the moment. Go Kev.

Polls have moved a little up and then down for Howard and his mates but they have been a very long way behind for a very long time and they are still a very long way behind (just not as far as last week). It is only because of this that every time there is a shift of 1 or 2 points everybody gets jumpy. The fact is that the Liberal Party is still a long way behind and they will be gone come election day. The majority of the people of this country are fed up to the back teeth with them and all the money tossing and hollow promises in the world are not going to make any difference. It is the old story of the boy who cried wolf! We don't trust them.

All depends on who actually made the phone calls ,from the paper ,Probaly only rang 5 , got 3 answers and decided that was enough money spent on making those calls, and decied that is was fine to say the little man was back in the polls front, but actually instead of ringing they sent out the carrier pigeons , and only 2 returned to rooste, and got their answer from that.the other 3 flew north just to get away from Howards big mouth

There is only one poll that counts - it's on November 24th. Remember, if you want Howard out - you MUST vote against him. Don't think for a second that because he is so far behind in the polls that the race is over... Howard is an excellent politician who has come from behind many times over the years... remember "children overboard"? Anyone remember the Howard-Peacock fight for leadership... Howard is a great street fighter that loves to come from behind! Get out there and vote, your vote counts.

He just about owns Ch9 with all the advertising he has done. Let him have his tiny bit of time left in the Sun.
