Even with approval of our President, just look what he did today; nominated Dr. James Peake for Sect. of VA, the very man who was in charge of all the army hospitals and then just Walter Reed Army Hospital in 2003 and 2004 and he just watched (up close) the already bad conditions there just get worst.
