Billion girl is up! I think I saw it somewhere, but I really don't remember on what website. Try these websites out, I always go on them since they are amazing.

The ones with the weird arrows are the best sites for just downloading manga. Watashi no megane-kun has a bit of romance. You should also check out other great romance mangas featured on anything asian. The website only cater to romance anime....almost. :)
