How can I save a video cap into a picture?
Like from nbc's video player, I want the paused video to be saved as a pic. Is this possible? I have herd someone say they used the print screen button to somehow do this. Help please!!

Exactly what you said, Print Screen.
Pause the movie at the frame you'd like to save it;
Press the Print Screen key on yoru keyboard (upper right corner);
Press Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint
When Paint is open, press Ctrl + V to paste the image into the canvas, and crop out the frame you'd like.
Than go to File --> Save and save your captured scene.

hi,
i use a program called CorelDraw X3 which has a tool called CorelCapture X3 in which one might capture screen shots a save them in a clipboard or wherever you want.

Printsrcreen on you keyboard cannot capture some video format.
Better search for some free screen capture tools like:
Free version will save image as .bmp format
