I have an old school Precision T7400 with an LGA771 socket; despite the 1080 TI GPU and 20gb of ram the CPU is horrific (E5410)

I am waiting for my dual E5450s so I can see if there’s any performance enhancement to playing Diablo, Starcraft and Warcraft but I’d like to know has anyone had any experience with the E5450 for gaming; is it decent to run games in normal settings? Does it bottleneck the GPU?

I already know using an ancient machine is already a pain but I’ve invested in ram and GPU and its working excellent; I just want a better gaming experience without shelling $800+ for a gaming rig; the E5450 is the best in socket for the LGA771 slot but any feedback is appreciated!

MailMerge in Word (Next Record Question)?

Anyone know how to jump to the next 7th record? I'm mail merging a document from data in excel, the Next Record rule works perfect BUT I don't want the very next record, I want every 7th record.

Instead of:

Record 1

Record 2

Record 3

I want

Record 1

Record 8

Record 15

Next Record is 1 by 1, I need 7 by 7.

Anyone has any idea how to do this? Very little information online about it.

A rival company placed a negative YouTube video about my company; I've attempted to flag it numerous times and create additional content from blogs to other videos but managed to have no luck with suppressing the video's position. One of my videos has 15,000 views and this stupid 1,800 views video still tops it. Is there any blackhat techniques of getting that video off? or banned? or suspended? I've even offered cash for people to try to remove it but all have failed. So I am resorting to a public opinion; anyone knowledgeable in this area?

My SQL database went from (Suspect) to (Emergency) and is now appearing as a red nod, SQL Server 2008 R2 on Windows Server 2008 R2, I need to restore/repair the database (preferably using a SQL query that will repair it if one exists.). Anyone who can suggest an idea how to fix this issue?

Hello, I purchased Guitar Hero World Tour for PS2, I had a slim PS2 which kept saying "no disc"; I went to GameSpot and bought a fat PS2, as opposed to the slim, the GHWT loading screen comes on, but at the end of the loading bar, it stays at that particular screen and will not load the game. I see the GHWT logo and progress bar, it loads 100% and stays at 100%. I don't know what to do, I cleaned the PS lens, turned diagnostic on, changed disc read speed to faster but nothing works. I would really like to play my game.

I also tried running the game without the controllers or memory card, and back and forth. I've pretty much tried everything, the disc is not scratched and is brand new.

Any help appreciated.

Hi, I have a GeoVision security system set up on a computer, I monitor and watch my place and would like to do it from a computer in another room. I setup Remote Desktop Connection, connect to that computer and everything works fine except for the video, it's a pink screen. Instead of being able to see the video, I see everything else (desktop, etc) the program is open but instead of video I see a pink screen, as if the video is just not there. How can I fix this? I want to be able to monitor from anorher machine using some type of remote viewing software.

Quick question for someone who knows Google well. I created a Gmail address by mistake on my Google Account and it has now binded itself to my Google Account, it has become my login, my username and I regret making it without knowing it will not only become primary but will take over my account.

I would like to use my current @Gmail.com address with Google, not this other @Gmail.com account. I attempted to change my primary mail to a new @Gmail account but it won't let me.

My question is if I have an XYZ@Gmail.com account, how do I change it to my already registered ZYX@Gmail.com account without it killing my Google Account?? It's driving me crazy not being able to do this.

Also, if it isn't possible, if I choose to permanantly remove the @Gmail service, will my Google Account (Including GoogleDocs which I use the most) still remain intact and be ok?

I just really hate this gmail address that was created by mistake, I'd really like to replace it, or remove it; without my Google account breaking.

I have a fantastic idea for iPhone ring tones, I have years worth of DRM free music I've collected for ages. I can produce amazing ring tones using Sony Audio Forge and publish them on my personal server.

My question, if I make 1,000 HQ iPhone tones and post them on the web, we're talking 30 seconds each; would I get in trouble? I plan on using paypal to request a subscription to a mega library. 30 seconds off a song for a phone, legal? not legal? will apple be pissed? is the RIAA gonna get me? IRS? I dunno what's involved.

But I NEED money. This crap economy is leaving me no choice but to resort to what-if business ideas again.

About three months ago I suffered a cardiac arrest on the street (in Brooklyn) someone happened to call 911 and an Ambulance (FDNY) came to pick me up and took me to the nearest hospital (< a mile away). About two months had passed, a bill came in the mail for over 1,000 dollars just for the Ambulance ride. I can't afford to pay this bill.. I never even called the Ambulance and when I got to the hospital I was released less than 2 hours after getting some oxygen which they generously billed me $500 for.

I called the FDNY department and they can't do anything, saying I must pay this bill. I can't pay it though. I don't have a car, a hosue under my name, I work for little money and bearly have enough to support myself. This bill ruined my ENTIRE day, week and probably month. I don't think I can do anything to pay it, my question is..

If I don't pay it, what's the worst that can happen?

Also, if I can't pay it now but once I get money (that I can spend on this bill), if I just wait until whenever some time after the deadline to pay, can I pay then? The lady on the phone said I must pay it before the due date..

I have no way of paying this bill at all, not even if I wanted to. I'm worried, if this gets transferred to collections, they will hassle me daily to pay this bill and I will keep saying to them "I just don't have the money.."..

I ordered a new debit card in the mail, it has the same exact number as my old one except that the expiration date is different.

My question is all my automatic bill payments that I setup with my old card, now that I have a new card, none of them will work right? because the expiration date of the old one is set to automatically be billed?

I have a few things I pay with every month automatically with my debit card, now that I activated the new one, the old one I guess is not good; so none of my bills will go through unless I update the expiration date to the new one?

Just want to make sure.

I never really check out Yahoo much, my primary search engine is Google and I rarely even go on Messenger or any of Yahoo's "Award Winning" services. However, I spend a lot of time on Yahoo Answers and Yahoo Games; in fact I even got to level 6 on this answers thingy so I spend a great deal of time here.

I'm getting lifted browsing Yahoo's portal for once in my life and I am impressed with just about, everything. The UI is looking good, very easy, informative widgets and how smooth it all looks.

Why is it that it gets such a bad rep when mentioned in the same sentence as Google? I work in IT and Yahoo's name got defamed like, it's almost where Excite is now to those who remember Excite, it was HUGE; now it's nothing.

In any event, I think Yahoo's pretty cool, I got no idea why people say isn't a pretty sick service.

Any thoughts? :)

Don't you think by now Hamas should show love to Palestine and give in to Israel? Hamas's existance is killing Palestinians. I'm waching a live broadcast on CNN of a Palestinian politician saying "Bullets and rocets are not the solution.". So why is Hamas continuin aggression?

Wouldn't it be better for Palestine if Hamas said "Israel, stop, we'll stop, here's our weapon stash; we're not hiding in schools and innocent people's houses anymore; please stop.".

That reality is not happening; Israel has improved over the years with technology, weapons and tactics. Since the Lebanon crisis which Israel won; the are no more than ready to fight. Hamas has no air force, no naval force, bearly any army. It's like Gurilla fighters only.. They bearly have anything to fight with but tossing rocks and dead bodies at the Israelis.

Why don't they understand that they'd be closer to peace if they just give in? Doesn't anyone get that Hamas is hurting Palestine; not saving them?

I haven't done this in a while so I don't know if it's risky or not, I have a 80GB iPod I haven't updated in a bit. I have about 5,000 songs on it. I sit at work all day listening to music and I picked up on a lot of new CDs and stuff like that.. My question is, Can I update my iPod from my work PC by adding new songs to my current list without the risk of wiping my iPod clean? I don't want to over-write my music, I just want to add on more to it. In the past when you plugged in your iPod is synced over all the music, I don't want to do that.. I just want to add on more to my current list without over-writing. Is it possible now with the new iTunes? lol it has been a long time since I updated my iPod I'd like some more new music yet still keep my existing songs.

I have the LATEST version of iTunes on this machine, I just want to add songs to my existing list on my iPod (I've never synced it at work, scared to, don't want to lose my music)

And I don't trust "3rd party applications" lol only iTunes.

I love Yahoo, but I use Google, and I use Microsoft products. Much like many other people, I feel as if when Microsoft does take over Yahoo it will depreciate all the good things about it. I think Yahoo has much potential, selling out to anyone would just be going backwards after all the time and technology spent in building it.

I think the net's giants are all trying to battle over who is more popular in terms of ads, searching and providing users with a unique experience, but what if Microsoft does take Yahoo? I think Google would still surpass Microsoft's plan to become "#1" much like they used to back in the Windows 95 days.

Eh, I guess I'm just bored and venting.

For example I want the result e-mail to contain the form data and an image logo on top of the results; perhaps other modifications but this is it for now. Can it be done?

I think I tried every code in the world; along with re-searching passing HTML data via forms and still found nothing.

Does anyone know how to do this?
