Remote Desktop Connection.. Question?

Hi, I have a GeoVision security system set up on a computer, I monitor and watch my place and would like to do it from a computer in another room. I setup Remote Desktop Connection, connect to that computer and everything works fine except for the video, it's a pink screen. Instead of being able to see the video, I see everything else (desktop, etc) the program is open but instead of video I see a pink screen, as if the video is just not there. How can I fix this? I want to be able to monitor from anorher machine using some type of remote viewing software.
