I don't have carpal tunnel syndrome BUT

just had surgery to release my tarsal tunnel.

That means it was in my foot.

Had never heard of it before.

The surgery went very well and am now pain free once again.

Had it yrs. ago when I first started working on computers in work, but got a good brace, wore it for 3 wks. every nite, like the Dr. ordered, & have never had it since! So if you start to get it, get a good brace, wear it at nite, & see if that doesn't help. I still have the brace just in case I ever need it again. So far haven't & I do a LOT of computer work.

I haven't been tested for it but yes, I believe I do. My wrist kills me sometimes by mid-afternoon! I always have my advils handy.
