I have read a little about palm reading and I don't think that it says things like what that lady told you like "at winter" "a boyfriend" "name starting with a letter J" - it sounds so fake.

Palm readings will tell things such as health, career and emotions but are still not really that specific and is quite a safe play. But if you are really interested about this, it's better you try to learn these things before believing them.
