Paternity/Parental Rights With a Sperm Donor Baby in TX?
If you purposely go to a cryobank with your spouse to get a sperm donor to make a baby, go through all of the levels of psychiatric screening signing tons of legal responsibility papers accepting paternity, and also being on the birth certificate, after the child is born then end up in divorce court years later, can you say you aren't the dad and not have to pay child support?

If his name is on that birth certificate then he is going to have to bear paternal responsibility. It would be same as if he adopted the child - he can't then decide to "un-adopt" in order to eliminate his child support responsibilities.
There are many cases where the woman has had an affair and in the end it turns out that the husband is not the biological father, but because he preported himself as the child and put his name on the birth certificate he is still held accountable for supporting the child.
Personally - any man who would try to wiggle out of his paternal responsibilities like that after going to that length to conceive a child is a real bastard and doesn't deserve to be called a father.

No because he signed all the papers stating that he accepts paternal responsibility.
Sounds like it could get ugly, good luck!
