I smoked my first cigarette at 14...Now I smoke a pack a day... I hate smoking because it reduced my growth and I am not all tall as I should be... the smoking age should be raised to 21 because the worst damage is done in teenage years... and I am a heavy smoker... I stopped smoking for a year but now I started again...

Sixteen. Began smoking seriously at seventeen. I'm 63 now and have been smoking ever since. Yearly check up, no ill effects yet. Glad because I really enjoy my half pack a day.
