Organic vegetable:Any fool proof method for 100% organic????

How to ensure the products are 100% organic and not adulterated by greedy merchant???? other than certification????

Any reliable/proven test method????

Organic or non organic

    you're going to have to rely on the USDA certification.

    The only test I can think of is looking for chemical residues - non-organic fertilizer or pesticides.

    I believe there are heavy fines for faking a USDA Organic certification.

    I would say grow you own, then you know exactly what was used to frow them.
