Make a Christmas tree to tape up on the wall (about as tall as your fridge) put decorations on it just simple stuff like balls, star, garland, etc. Then make some presents to put under the paper tree and maybe put a reindeer beside the tree. "A Christmas Carol" is a great Christmas movie, it isn't that new but it is still really good.

pin the beard on Santa.

paint round clothes pins like a skinny Santa's or reindeer and have kids stand on a chair and drop them into a jar.

do team gingerbread houses.
