Gall stones in pregnancy?

I am 20 weeks pregnant, and at my ultrasound they found that it's a girl (the good news) and that I have gall stones (the not-so-good news). Anyone else dealt with this, and how?

During my 3rd pregnancy they found gall stones, nothing could be done about it except watch what I ate then 6 weeks after I had my son the surgeon removed my gallbladder. Your doctor will tell you more about what can be done this was 10 years ago that I went through and medicine is always changing.
