Depends on the reason why. If it's because you have trouble breathing due to a blockage in your nose then I believe any age with a serious case of this would be allowed to go through with the surgery. If it's purely for appearances sake I'm not sure. Most doctors would suggest you wait until you get older. I'm sure there are doctors out there that might be willing to do it if the price is right. The problem with performing the operation is that if a person is still growing then the nose could still grow. It's best to wait until your doctor feels that it's a safe time for the surgery.
