i put one in my house its 2.5 bathroom just a one and it works gr8 it only takes 20 seconds and the water get real warm my gas bill was like 40 and now its like 20 and the gas company replaced my meter 2 times until I showed them the water heater-- they cost depending on how fast you want it mine was 1399 and has a 5 year warrenty not hard to install at all

i got mine put in last week , with new radiators in every room

cost was 3,000 pounds , but it was worth it

so just a water heater will be less expensive
