she loaned him $ 4,000 in the past and he still has not paided her back. he has the nerve to ask for $1,000. this happened recently, his ex girlfriend left him, she got tired of his jealousy & insecurity.

Wow I think I know this guy, LOL! No of course it's not normal but it happens and I suspect she has probably loaned him money in the past. My ex is the same way and when I read your post I was like OMG because he had just called me yesterday and asked for $1500!! Of course I told him I didn't have it (lie) and suggested other means of him getting a loan. If she has loaned him money in the past she needs to stop men like this have no pride and will keep begging until the gravy train is dry. But your absolutely right he is so totally using her.
