I know my answer?

Well I know the answer to this, but havent man up yet to accept the answer. I been dating my co-work for about 2weeks, been hanging out with her everyday since that. Well I feel like she is in controll in the realtionship which is weird because I have always assume the leader of a realtionship. We be doing great, but I starting to lose interest in her. Main reason I stay with her is to avoid drama at work. Because her sister and friends work there. Today, we where driving I ask her to spend new years together she said no, when I ask her why her parents wouldnt let you ? She said no, then I ask her because you dont think we be together she said "ya, idk" ending what was a perfect night(of hell). I know my answer already, yes dump her, who cares what happens at work, etc. But idk I guess I have to see what you guys say. Never seem to have problems with my love life until now.

Update:

thanks for the response, ya its just I never had this happen to me. I guess what goes around comes around

she obviously seems like she has lost interest in you, so there shouldnt be too much drama. dont worry about it. if you dont break up with her, she'll probably break up with you.

It does seem like she does not seem to be into you. That all works out for you too. Sense you are not interested in her anymore. But then again if this is bugging you so much maybe you do feel something for her. As the expression goes do some soul searching and see what you come up with. Think about all the good thing that would keep you with her. then think of all the bad things that make you want to break up with her. then decide. If the bad out ways the good then you really do have your answer. Because there will always be someone else that you will find.

Also make it a split where there is nothing to be mad at each other about. So that means you will not have to worry about being her co-worker.

    good luck :)

I know everything will turn out for the best in the end.

You definitely shouldn't stay with the girl just because you're afraid of drama at work. But if you're interested in regaining some interest in her (and some control in the relationship) start asking her to do some stuff with you that you like to do, or you choose the movie the next time you go out...things of that nature. If things don't get better, then you should definitely break up with her.

As for the New Year's thing, it would personally freak me out if a guy I'd been dating for two weeks asked me to celebrate something with him that was two whole months away. That's a lot of commitment that she might not be ready to make yet after two weeks.

Yeah, your answer is right my friend. Kiss and make up later, if there is a later for you two. Just get over the situation and occupy your time with other activities after work. If she wants to be with you, she'll come running back.

It will make you much more miserable to have a bad relationship outside of work than one inside work. At least when you break up you can go home to a quiet house or just chill with friends.

I've been in a similar situation. Don't bother running. That fight will be there... so will all the resulting drama. Cut your loss while it is still a small one.
