My aunt gave me this idea. Many of her friends are getting into gold and silver but can't afford it. She mention that I should divide the gold and silver in 1/10-1/100 a ounce sell the rights to people and when we decide an amount to sell weither its a loss or gain I pay them out and charge a fee. If I forum a business can I do this? The gold and silver is at a bank at the time. Any help is great.

Hello, I am working on a school project where your just won the lottery a 200 million dollars, after your lump sum and taxes it comes to a cool 50 million. Now invest it and or spend it. My plan is to invest my half 25 million dollars in 5 50 unit apartments. Which go for about 5 million dollars. I set aside 5 million for repairs upgrades. 1) My first question is it a good investment? 2) When I do research I get people selling them with operating income $205,XXX and a net operating income of $368,XXX. Is the net operating income my income? I assume I gotta pay tax on top of that? 3) Cap rate 8% what is that? 4) Will solar panels, low flow toilets, new windows aid in lowering the cost? I purchase a few hours ago pre-cut cantaloupe. After taking it home opening it up and taking a few bites I notice it tasted and smell like hydrogen proxide my girlfriend confirm after she took a bite also. We both been feeling sick since. I was wondering are they liable for medical bills that may occur from this if we would had to go see a doctor? Is there other compensation we are entitle too? Or should I just get my money back?

I’ve been working at Walgreens for 2 years now. To set up the story my general store manager told not just me but all the store employees that we accept any coupon even expire ones; he has been doing this for ever. During the holiday season I was told by him and the manager below him that we are able to use a $5 coupon (a store coupon) to increase store sales and promotional sales. This past week Lost Prevention came into my store. Basically me, another department staff and a manager was grilled to make a confession. So the other staff members were sent home and a manager. A week passed and they were written up. Yesterday my store manager told me to sign a letter. In the letter it stated that I know I did something wrong and that if I do it again I will be fired, it’s my finally warning. I told him I didn’t want to sign the paper and wanted to talk to my brother to ask for advice. He told me just sign, hurry up and this thing will be over. So as a dummy I signed it. My question is this, if he was aware that all the employees not just four of us used that coupon direct by him to increase sales why where we in trouble. Not him, everyone else in the store. I feel as I was picked on.

Throughout Christmas time I work 9 days straight and working nights and mornings with less than 8hrs of rest and that isn’t illegal. I dont even take breaks or lunch. I feel as I am loyal employee who part of a group scapegoat.

I bought a new laptop or so I thought from best buy not even 1hr ago. I turn it on and there are personal photos of the previous owner, videos and music. No theses aren't sample. So my question is this I read the receipt and it says a 15% restock fee is charge. Does that apply to this situation if I bought it less then 10hrs ago? I say no and I am personally mad that geek squad charge me $100 to clean out the computer of unless software and not even clean up the hard drive.

Well I know the answer to this, but havent man up yet to accept the answer. I been dating my co-work for about 2weeks, been hanging out with her everyday since that. Ok I haven’t seen my cousin in months and he has done some basic upgrades to his 2004 Cobra cat-back exhaust, intake, heat exchanger, tune, rear end. Wow it got a lot faster. It got me thinking and I was like I want 2003-04 Cobra. But in the same price range I can buy S-281 E. If I remember correctly both cars make about similar HP. Really at a rock and hard place in deciding.

2003-2004 Cobra Motor and trans can handle a lot and car is perfect for my HP goals 500WHP and 11.5 or best ¼ on Slick.

2001-2004 Saleen Looks freaking sexy always wanted one cant say how wow it looks, but don’t like that’s its SOHC.

I guess on comparison what both cars what are the HP possibilities of a stock bottom end and head Saleen, and how will the Cobra stack up to the cornering and handling to the Saleen. What would you guys suggest to get?

This past week we had really bad storms go through I think so far this Thursday has been the worst. Well the power went out and is estimate to be out for a few days. Before it went out my power seem to surge and the TV went dead before power died. Well I was able to take it to my sisters which here house has power and doesn’t seem to work, does insurance pay for it or electric company. Other thing is that my food is going to waste. Do I have to pay or is this something my electric company or insurance covers. And thank god there is no flooding yet. Any help will be great and thank you all in advance.

Well I was really considering joining the United States Marine Core. Long story short I wanted to join back in HS (4yrs ago) but my parents talk me out of it. Which is good in sense I wanted to join infantry back then with my friends(2 of them past away in 2005). But now my other friends are going and I am having a hard time getting my parents to back me up. They say “people like us don’t go to the military” its mostly because we come from a family with money. But to me serving ones country is more then money its pride and joy. Has anyone had this? Lack ness of support? I know boot camp is really really hard and it makes me second guess myself but I am sure I can make it with my parents support.

I recently can’t seem to find my dogs AKC papers nor his mother and father family tree documents. I didn’t have a chance to register my dog in the AKC. With those papers was my contact number for the breeder. I am in a real bind don’t know if this will affect my dog if he would be consider to be shown. Is there anyway I could still register probably not.
