Sex on the Beach or Tequila Sunrise were the first drinks I tried. Amaretto Stone Sour was another sweet starter drink.

Tequila Sunrise was my favorite. If you can find someone who can mix them well, long island iced teas are wonderful.

Whatever you do, start with a small amount of liquor the first drink and gradually add a little more each glass.

I like rum and coke. You can't go wrong with Sex on the Beach. Apple Martinis are good as well. Piña Coladas are good but I find that I get bored with the flavor too quickly.
