Why are their emails not showing up?

YOU OR THEM MAY HAVE DONE THIS BY ACCIDENT

this is for yahoo mail

but all mail accounts are close to the same way

when you look for these block emails they can be named something else

instead of an email address you can set it up to say anything

so go slow

FOR THE NEW YAHOO MAIL

click spam folder listed on the left

put check beside the email

then click not spam

or

on top right side of mail page

click options

then mail options

then spam

then click the email address

then click remove

FOR CLASSIC EMAIL

open mail page

on right side click options

then click Block Addresses

move your mouse over the ones you dont want blocked

click remove block

NOTE

they are shown alphabetically

click remove block

THEN BOTH OF YOU ADD ADDRESS TO ADDRESS BOOK

YOU OR SOMEONE ELSE NOT RECIEVING EMAIL??

This issue is now resolved. I spoke with the Yahoo! customer care team a short time ago. There was a glitch in the notification system causing mail alerts/notifications through My Yahoo!, Yahoo! Toolbar, and Yahoo! Messenger to not function properly. This glitch sent alerts of new emails to people that did not have emails. It also did not notify/alert people when they did have email. The problem started yesterday morning (July 19th) and went through until just a few moments ago. However, as stated, it is fixed now.

Is your mom's email through AOL? My hubby's boss' email is through them, and he has a heck of a time getting emails.... That may be the cause, but we haven't figured out a solution, yet....

Although...

Have your mom send an email or two to her cousin... that seemed to help our situation...
