Rude and ungrateful callers, I can't handle it?
I am sick and tired of people thinking that being rude will get you further than kindess. Don't you think someone should come up a mass mailing or calling list so that those people can be just as annoyed as they annoy people?
To bad I need a job to survive I would have been left this place. I'm looking....

I remeber how rude some of the customers were to me when I worked at a retail place; my first semester of college. They are usually killed with kindness; you sound like you do telemarketing... : (
