What is a good food to help lower Cholesterol?

I don't really think extra details are needed. Obviously I am eating some fruit like Grapefruit etc. Any other suggestions?

a diet rich in olive oil has been proven to reduce cholesterol. things like bertolli spread, olive oil based salad dressings, use the oil to cook with too. it needn't be hugely expensive, buy shops own brand rather than the posh named ones.fresh oily fish is good too.
