What lies beyond the Karmic Ocean?

Have you sailed beyond the ocean of karma? If not, can you imagine doing so? What exists on the far side of this sea? Can we reach the destination through realization? How long does this journey last?

Karma has been both the ocean upon which I have sailed and the star I have used for navigation.

Just over the past few days it seems that that ocean and that star are falling away from me.

    Corblime!

So - to answer you question, beloved friend . . .

Not yet! But it is absolutely immanent.

    Dunno.

Yes, I believe so. (I ***** hope so!)

I am reminded of the Zen monk who meditated for years and then, suddenly! he was enlightened. So I guess the answer to the last part of the queestion is, a life-time . . . and a nano-second..

Thankyou, luv, for this wise and apposite question.

What lies beyond the karmatic ocean that we sail upon is Light, immense Light so bright, with a warmness that brings calmness - a purity and intellect that is astonishing and worthy of awing. This journey has till eternity to for us to reach our destination in the Light, the Place or rather that Being of Our own Light. So we have until eternity to drift about in the kingdom where karma is continuous or we can learn what we are in, learn the movement of the ocean, how the moon affects it, how the sun affects, how the currents change, knowing its patterns and seeing the birds as signals which show the way to the Light.

The ideal however is to utilize this law to invoke in inner balance. Only when one consciously uses this karmatic ocean whether then being used by it, will they become master navigators on the high sea of life, towards becoming that Light which dwells as our home and our true nature, individually. Our own innate Authentic and Innate Being is that special.

There exists oceans and seas and Sources, beyond the "karmic" one you speak of -- which there is not just one but untold numbers parallel to this one "ocean" in which we toil and unfold.

The above questions are difficult to frame answers to, quite as they are posed, for there exists no word equivalent that might convey them.

Most souls here have reached these realms as spot visits, though they are not aware of these jaunts: realization is part of this and the reason of why they are not conscious of these states, but there are other means as well by which one arrives at one of these great given shores.

The duration?: again, difficult to frame as posed here, for above the Karmic Ocean, there is no time as one would know it here.

I have heard it whispered on full Moon nights in the shadows under the ash tree around the tall green grass that beyond the sea of karma enlightenment flowers.

EDIT: Karma and samsara when truly known is enlightenment.

The Great Mystery otherwise know as Mother Kali. The journey lasts as long as it takes to waken up to devotion for life and for the Creator.

Depends on the tide, currents, weather, and shore traffic... not to mention coastal boundaries and how high the swells are that day. Hope your GPS is working.

A friend just mentioned to me:

A single atom of the sweetness of wisdom in a man’s heart is better than a thousand pavilions in Paradise.

  • You just stop for a while on the beach.

Look at that vastness of ocean.

For a while try to be just a witness.

    Remember again that old sentence.

    " I am not this "

    " That is me "

    And look again !!

    Now tell me.......

    Is it still there?

    The Ocean?

You're looking at the finger instead of where it's pointing. Wash your bowl and study for thirty more years.
