Whhen I taught in the MTC, I frequently had missionaries whose dates were changed backwards or forwards by a month. (that was when transfers were once a month, not every 6 weeks like now) It's not common, but if it fits with the transfer schedule than it can happen.

Our deacons are 12 our Teachers( a priesthood office) are 14 and our Priests are 16 Elders are 18 and up

But the don't get paid by the church everybody has a job somewhere else to support themselves, our current Bishop is a retired Pharmacy Professor
