What kind of snow year can ski resorts expect in Idaho, Wyoming, and North Utah?

I plan on a few trips to Sun Valley, Jackson Hole, Grand Targhee, and Snowbird. I live in southeastern Idaho and will spend most of my year at a small area named Pebble Creek. If you know of any predictions, your help would be greatly appreciated.

The latest NOAA forecast for December through February predicts, for Utah: temperatures much above average with average precipitation; for western Wyoming: temperatures above average and precipitation much above average; and for Idaho: temperatures about average with precipitation much above average. So, without being an expert on ski weather, it looks like a good ski snow season for Idaho, pretty good for western Wyoming, and not so good for Utah.
