Why do some people get away with blatant multiple account abuse on Yahoo! Answers?
Hi all,
I noticed this one guy abusing answers to no end. His name is Alberto Lahti, he creates multiple accounts for best answers.
Now, he's blocked answer viewing to others on his own account:

However, he completely neglects to do this with his fakes.
-Karin M. 5 questions. All are best answers for Lahti. Most answered with "MERCI!". Member since November 15th.

-Mike. 6 Questions. All are best answers for Lahti. Member since November 14th.

-"Google". 6 questions. All but 1 are best answers for Lahti.

I tried filing abuse reports for each question, but how do I email the Answers team about the abusing account
There are others accounts, but they are on foreign language versions of answers that I cannot understand.
Also, you can google:
"Alberto Lahti" site:answers.yahoo.com
And see more results for abusive accounts.
MA, you make a valid point.
He appears to make legitimate answers on other (foreign language) Answers sites, but on the English sites, creates new accounts, uses them immediately to make answers within a few minutes, answers them all within a few minutes, and chooses himself for best answers within a few minutes of all that.
I noticed this when he used one of his accounts to ask firewall questions within several minutes and voted himself for best on all of them. All of them were Asker explained"okay" (with slight variations, like an exclamation on the end).
I cannot positively determine that it is him, but the evidence makes it look very suspicious, and the answers team should be able to get to the bottom of any trickery. I want to know how to report his main account that he's collecting points on.

How do I report point-gaming and other behind-the-scenes abuse now that you've taken away the free-form field?
If you suspect abusive behavior by someone and it’s not apparent in their questions and answers, you can use the text box provided on the Report Abuse page and include details and links.
THEY USED TO SAY SEND EMAIL TO THEM, BUT I GUESS THEY ASKED FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY CANNOT HANDLE.
ALSO, MAY I SUGGEST TO GET THE LINKS TO THOSE YOU SUSPECT ARE POINT GAMING AND INCLUDE THESE IN THE TEXT BOX.

Yahoo person moderation would seem to do no longer something yet that merely isn't actual.i'm undecided who the person Yahzmin mentions is yet bow to her long term information. What i comprehend even with the undeniable fact that's that besides the actuality that there are a number of distinctive money owed and likewise very lots of junk mail there would be significantly greater devoid of customers giving up time to handle the subject. for the time of the recent malware attack many customers have been on right here for hours on end co-ordinating the combat. do no longer supply up we can win in the top.

You have made a cardinal sin. You have launched an attack on an individual.
I will not help you by reporting. I will tell you to report this guy and use the box provided as I believe they are read by humans and not computer.
You have him and the proxies by the short and curlies in another way.
They are speaking in a foreign language on an English speaking site.

How do you know they are all him, and not contacts whose answers he really likes?
