Which designer bag would you choose?

Louis and Gucci have been taken over by the teenyboppers. I say go for something you won't see everyone carrying like Marc Jacobs, Yves Saint Laurent, or Tods.

It sort of depends on your price range. I just saw a gorgeous Chanel bag that was $2000, and I know they are all in that range. You can get a decent Louis Vuitton for under $1000, and a very nice one for $1500.00. I also like the Chloe bags. Gucci has some very cute new bags out too. Go to e-luxury.com to look at some authentic bags before you shop. Also Bluefly.com. This way you can get an idea on price. Since you have a Coach, your husband might think an expensive bag is $700.00, you don't want to shock the poor guy. The most I have gotten my husband to spend is $1600...so far!!! If you are thinking you want a bag not a lot of other people have, dont buy a designer bag. It can still be functional and great looking at the same time.. while not being a designer bag. Go to a small store and look around, I'm sure you'll find something that will match a few of your favorite outfits perfectly. Plus if the thing costs less you can maybe get two.. sounds good right?

Louis Vuitton is timeless. Yes, timeless but they aren't as popular as before. I can tell you Gucci is starting to sky rocket. All my friends have Gucci Bags, I have Gucci Bags, my sister's have Gucci Bags, everyone at school has Gucci Bags and even my Aunty has a Gucci Bag. I guess Gucci is really nice and durable, I only have one LV bag so I'm not sure and I don't use it very often. I prefer Gucci but LV is really a classic.

Louis Vuitton is okay but I would go with a Gucci

Get something original from neiman marcus. I'd suggest Chloe, Kooba, and Hermes all have some very nice styles that are designer yet not everyone has! LV and gucci r nice but every other person has one(or a fake one) where as the brands i just named are luxury yet more unique and dont flaunt there logo everywhere. If you want to stick to something more economical bcbg, xoxo, and liz clairborne believe it or not all have really nice styles as well and my moms had all 3 of these brands and they hold up well! Don't get designer bags, especially when they have the same kind of cheap knock offs everywhere. It just makes people assume you might have a fake bag too, even though it could be real. It's just that anyone can get them easily and it's hard to tell a real one from a fake one. Buy other bags that have a unique look.

well personally i love coach purses :] but you're right, everyone does have one. you could try chanel, gucci, louis vuitton, dooney & bourke, etc. good luckk finding a cute purse!
