Yes technically you are giving him his wedding ring and he gives you yours. My fiance and I are picking them out together and he offered to pay just because, once we're married, our finances will be together and not separate. try to find a set.. maybe theres a female wedding band that will look good with your engagement ring that has a matching male wedding band. thats what my cousin and her now husband did.. my husband and I werent able to do that as my engagement ring has a special form that is not round.. so we bought them individually.
