You need to modify your abd exercises. Basically, you will need to keep the lumbar region spine( lower back) flat against a surface. The pelvic-tilt position helps to keep this part of your back firm and flat. You do not need to do abdominal "crunches" to keep your abds in shape. Do you belong to a workout club ?? If so, ask a trainor as to how to modify your routine. In addition, because of the Lordosis, you will need to pay more attention as to how you lift things so that you don't irritate your lower back. Never bend from the waist. Instead, squat and use your leg muscles to get into a standing position when lifting or during certain activities. Any chance that your Doc will recommend a Physical Therapist to show you the correct body mechanics and/or exercises ?? I hope that this helped some.
