Dihydrogen monoxide is a fancy way of describing water! Di (2) Hydrogen and Mono (1) oxygen -- the formula for water -- H20. This is a spoof web site.

lol, good one! It's just the chemical name for water! H20 (2 hydrogens= dihydrogen, 1 oxygen=monoxide).
