Build A Better Mouse Trip has anyone used this agency to book a Disney World Trip?

Booking directly through Disney is so easy, not to mention if you need to make any changes to your reservation, you can do it yourself. As I understand it if you go through an agent, they need to make the changes for you.

I would book it through Disney. THey will actually give you the best deals if you know what you are looking for and don't act like you have never been on a trip before. They want to keep up thier image

We haven't booked a trip throught BABMT, but we do use it for notifications of specials, etc. We always book our trips through the WDW website. Very easy and easy to make changes, too.
