Last year I gave a baby shower and I played the candy game. You buy a whole bunch of different kinds of candy and make up a questionnaire. The person that answers the question wins that particular candy bar. The key is to have good questions. Examples: Who in here has a set of twins? That person would win a box of Mike and Ike's. Who in here has a natural childbirth? That person would win a Take 5 or a pack of Lifesavers. Who in here has a baby girl born the same month as the lady having the baby is due? That person would win a Baby Ruth. Who in here delivered within 1 hr of going into labor? That person would win a crunch bar. Who in here has triplets? That person would win a mounds joy. The trick and easy way is to just buy one of every kind of candy bar there is depending on the size of the party and then make up the questions and relate them all to having a baby.
Another good game is to write a story and use the words left and right about 50 times in the story. Have one gift, and give it to the expectant mother. As you read the story, have the ladies pass the one gift to the left or right as the story is read and you read the words "left or right". The person left holding the gift at the end of the story wins the gift!
Need any more ideas? You can write me directly! Good luck!

The games always make the baby shower unique.
Since your neice is going to be a young mother, some of your guests will probably be young as well (her friends). One idea might be to ask that each guest bring a baby picture and number them on a board, then pass around a numbered paper for all the girls to guess which picture matches with each guest. The person with the most correct answers wins
Another idea might be to give each guest like a diaper pin or something. The name of the game is don't say baby. If one guest hears another say baby then they would take the pin from the person who said the b word. At the end, the person who has the most pins wins.
The day before the shower, freeze diaper pins, miniature pacifiers, tiny plastic babies, or similar items in ice cube trays. Give each guest an ice cube in a glass of water or other drink. The first person whose ice has melted so that the frozen item floats freely in the glass shouts, "My water broke!" and wins the game.
Another one we did at my aunts baby shower years ago is the don't cross your legs game. I guess when you're pregnant it's hard to cross your legs so the idea is for the guests to share that experience. Maybe give another diaper pin for this game to be taken away.
Food is also important. The one thing I remember best about my couisons babyshower is the food. So I guess just make sure you do alittle cooking ahead of time.
Giving a paper for name sugguestions or suggestions on having a baby would be nice.
That's all I can think of for now but I hope this helps

It depends on the group and what they like to do. I was 30 when my twins were born and I had four baby showers. FOUR!!! Three of them were just me opening gifts and such, but one had games that were pretty cool. Here's one game that you don't have to buy anything for that was kind of fun. Find a glass bottle or flower vase with an opening about one inch at the top. Get a clothespin. (For those of you who have never hung laundry outside, these hold the clothes on the line.) Have the guests, one at a time, place the flower vase between their feet and stand up. Then give them the clothespin and have them hold it at eye level and try to drop it into the opening at the top of the vase. Harder than it sounds. Let them try ten times each and keep score. The one who does it most wins a small prize, and if there is a tie, you do sudden death. Easy, free, fun. Just an idea. Get a local bakery to do a sheet cake with blue booties on top made of icing, one per cake square. Find a recipe for pineapple banana punch on the Internet and make a lot of it, then freeze some of it in ice trays for ice to go in the punch. Serve Chex mix, cashews, Jordan almonds, cake, punch, finger sandwiches, and give a guest gift, something small like a keychain, to everyone who shows up. Have fun!!!

I had a little girl 4 months ago, and at my baby shower we had some great games!!! You will be able to find heaps online!! but i found that a great ice breaker is to get everyone to form groups of 2 or three, one person has to be the 'baby'. give the 'parent' or 'parents' (depending on size of group) a roll of toilet paper and give them 45 seconds to put a 'nappy' on the 'baby' using only the loo paper!! great for a laugh! Give a small prize (chocolates work great) for the best nappy!

get them a babysitter for like 13 years, shouldn't have kids that young, sucks that kids are having kids
