Do you think Dr. Phil has sold out?

A few years ago, he seemed legitimate. Now, it appears he is a shadow of Jerry Springer, causing more controversy and bringing on situations that seem contrived. I cant even watch him any more. What do you think?

I have never liked him. He has no degree that would legitimately allow himself to be called Dr., yet he acts like he is the expert on everything. I mean, when I came across a diet book with his face on it in a drug store, I knew that he is just an attention prostitute. He's not even in shape!

I cannot watch him period, I think he is a loud mouth bully. He was running an ad for his show to have Dog the bounty hunter on. He said Dog refused to interview, but in the mean time he had a bunch of black people on there, and a minister. All he was trying to do was start a big racial fight to get ratings. Dog had already did an interview on a reputable show on Fox news. He didn't need to throw himself on Dr.Phil's trashy agenda. Dr. Phil is a big alcoholic. I emailed Dr. Phil too, and told him, I don't blame Dog for not doing your show. Nothing but losers on there, and he likes that so he can look better than everyone else.

I agree a lot of his shows now do seem contrived and also it is as if he wants the controversy. I stopped watching him because of it too but he still shows up on Today and other shows as if he is an incontrovertible expert on human behavior.
