What is the title of the bugs bunny/elmer fudd cartoon....?

where Elmer learns hypnotism. He hypnotizes a bear and when he tries to hypnotize Bugs, it backfires. If there's a link to a clip or the whole cartoon on Youtube please put that in the answer. Thanks!
