Norv Turner is a given. i expect the Dolphins to give Cam Cameron another shot next season, as it's his first season. Scott Linehan and Brian Billick should also be fired after this season. Bobby Petrino will have another chance next season. there's no way Denver will fire Shannahan seeing his lombardi trophies. Andy Reid will step down. Tom Coughlin will also be fired.
so seeing all that, the first would have to be for teams not having a shot at the playoffs, which include: Linehan and Billick. seeing the Rams record and the direction they are going, i believe Scott Linehan will be the first head coach fired, followed by Brian Billick.
looking at the offensive talent the Rams have, they'll go after an offensive coach. i'm sure they will go after the Cowboys Offensive Coordinator for Head Coach. i forgot his name, but i'm sure he'll be a potential candidate.

The two I think are going to go first are Brian Billik, because he was supposed to be an offensive genious, but nothing he has tried has worked out too well.
I tnk MIke Nolan is going to go because the NIners spent all that money during the offseason and has only got 3 wins this season.
I do not see Cam Cameron going this year only because 6 losses for the Dolphins have been by 3 points. That team has been plagued with injuries.
The first 2 might be the most likely especially Nolan since Denice York wants to hire a GM, which I think spells trouble for Nolan.

The first five possiblities listed are interesting but I don't think any one of those will be the new head coach: 1. Jimmy Johnson. Good coach but not enough imagination to use the weapons in SD. 2. Dennis Green. I think Dennis Green is a good person, but not a good coach. He will not get another chance in the NFL 3. Mike Singletary. Of the five, maybe a possibility. 4. Pete Carroll. Pete Carroll is not going to leave USC. Plus he will not have control with AJ Smith the GM. 5. Norm Chow Will the Titans give him permission to interview? I like the recent interviews of the Chargers as possibilities: 1. Rex Ryan - Def Coord from Baltimore. I good "football" guy. He will maiximize that defensive talent and knows the 3 -4 2. Mike Zimmer - A good canidate for the same reasons as Rex above. Also familar with the 3- 4 3. Ron Rivera - He will get his chance, but not this year. 4. Norv Turner - Alot of experience, but may suffer the same fate as Marty. They need a younger guy to get along with AJ Smith. 5. Gary Gibbs is another recent interview. Of the five recent interviews, I go with Mike Zimmer then Rex Ryan. I liked Mike's quote about AJ Smith, whoever pleases AJ Smith gets the job and maybe a SuperBowl ring with all the talent in SD that Smith brings.

Marv Lewis.
The Bengals were projected to make the playoffs, at very least, this year, and be possible Super Bowl contenders.
Now there is only one Super Bowl contender, but that isn't the point. The point is that the Bengals are going to miss the playoffs by a longshot, and that is unnacceptable with the weapons that they have.
It's embarassing. He really should get fired.
As for Cam Cameron, he has had it pretty rough. It isn't all his fault though. He has lost 6 games by 3 points or less. That is a potential 5-6 team, which doens't make you fire your coach, especially when your best player is out for the year.

If herm edwards does again what he did sunday he needs the boot. why n the world go for it on 4th and 1when ur in fg range and cost the fans and yourself the game like t rex said.
i would love see marty schottenheimer
turn us back into the superbowl contending team we once were
back when we were 14-2 12-4 11-5 13-3 that would be awesome
now we are a 9-7 team if not worse by the end of this year

it should be Norv Turner, I mean who could have seen Marty get fired after a break out season?
That being said i think it will be Lane Kiffin. Everyone knows that Al Davis, especially lately, does not give coaches time to do anything, unless its automatic in one yaer.
As a Chiefs fan I knind of hope Herm Gets fired and they get Marty back. I don't know who could replace norv, maybe Dennis Green or Bill Cowher, Lane Kiffin, ehhh no tellin, whoever it would be wouldnt have a chance.

I believe Cam Cameron should definitely be fired. As a Dolphin fan, it has been hard to watch the bad play calls on both offense and defense. Another fact is that Cam didn't pick a good rookie QB and instead went to Trent Green for the job. If this guy had any respect for the team, he'd quit.

If San Diego doesn't make the playoffs look for Norv Turner to be out of there a couple of days after the season ends. If San Diego can't make the playoffs it is sad. They are in the worst devision in football this year, and they came into the year as one of the elite teams in the league.
Of course Cam Cameron is gone. You just can't lose that many games and keep your head coaching job.
Also, Marvin Lewis should be done. He isn't that bad of a coach, but he just can't keep his players in line. I look for him to get a defensive coordinator job somewhere next year.

Lane Kiffin Oakland Raiders . It has been reorted that Arkansas is interested in Kiffin as their next coach, replacing Houston Nutt. Kiffin and Al Davis has has a stormy relationship to say the least. It seems that there is no one able to coach the Raiders. Bring in Dennis Green but it really doesnt matter because Al calls the shots anyway.

Mike Nolan will be the first to get a pink slip.
Followed closely by Marvin Lewis and John Fox.
Cam should not be fired. not yet anyway.
Herm Edwards should be, probably won't be.
Brian Billick will be given another chance if he wants it.
Joe Gibbs will retire if the Skins do not win a playoff game.
If the Giants keep going downhill late into yet another season, Coughlin better fire himself!
Source(s): If Norv gets fired, the Chargers need to go ahead and Fire AJ Smith as well...actually AJ needs to go no matter what.
